Moses is a Monitoring and Evaluation specialist with wide ranging experience in design monitoring and evaluation systems in the social development sector. For the last 8 years Moses has provided technical assistance in Monitoring and Evaluation to various local and regional organisations including the East African Association of Anti Corruption Authorities, the Civil Society Fund and the Elizabeth Glaser Paediatric AIDS Foundation .
He has a keen interest in strengthening the capacity of local civil society organisations to become effective in service delivery. He has supported a number of grantees of the Civil society Fund and the Elizabeth Glaser Paediatric AIDS Foundation on capacity building issues related to developing and implementing effective M&E Systems. In addition to his M&E capabilities, Moses is exposed to child protection work and has a good appreciation of why it is imperative to have a functional M&E system to facilitate evidence building in child protection work. While at CSF Moses has conducted studies into economic strengthening interventions for OVC, Factors affecting male involvement in Family planning and factors affecting the adoption of safer sexual behaviours among people with HIV /AIDS.
Moses is a holder of a Masters in Management studies from Uganda Management Institute and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation and another in Project Planning and Management all from the same institution. He first graduated with a Bachelors in Development Studies of Makerere University.
