Esther Kyewalabye has consultancy competences in the area of Policy development, analysis and review and M&E. She has carried out a number of evaluation studies for INGO supported projects and NGOs at local, national and international level, notable among them being; conducting final Evaluations of OVC support programs for HIPS – USAID with VSLA component, in Busoga, Bunyoro, Lango and Kasese regions and Conducting a Final Evaluation and End line Survey, Literacy for Improved Capacity of Civil Society (LICCS) project with VSLA component in Nakapiripirit District. She also conducted comprehensive mapping of the current Civil Society and NSAs structural, institutional and capacity status at national and local government level; to mention but a few. Her other areas of competence include Social protection, gender and Development.
She has previously worked with ADRA Uganda, ADRA Rwanda and ADRA Sudan as a Senior Programme officer.
She holds a MSC Development Projects, Management and Implementation of the University of Reading, UK and a Bachelor of Arts Community Development and communication degree of Daystar University Nairobi, Kenya.
