Mayanja Clement holds a MSc. in Agribusiness Management (specializing in research, applied statistics and biometrics), a B.A. in Social Sciences (majoring in project management and research) and Postgraduate certificates in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Research, Statistical Data Analysis, Computer Repair and Networking and Resource Mobilisation all from Makerere University Kampala. In the 13 years of research, and M&E work, he has designed M&E systems and tools, developed strategic plans, trained project staff and partners, conducted needs assessments, baseline surveys and impact evaluations characterized with intermediate and advanced statistical analyses of both qualitative and quantitative data. His research, M&E experience transcends a range of civil society organisations including: Norwegian Refugee Council, Nurture Africa, Care International Uganda, Care International Ethiopia, Care International Tanzania, Carbon Foundation of East Africa, Save the Children, Luke Society of Uganda, Chapter Four Uganda, Agency for Integrated Rural Development and Uganda Youth Development Link. At Development Links Consult (DLC), he is a Part-Time Outcome and Impact Orientation (OIO) Consultant.
