About us
Development Links Consult, is a social sector development management consulting firm registered in Uganda in 2007 but operating across Africa. Our mission is to enhance the scale and effectiveness of development interventions that target vulnerable groups in Africa. DLC’s consulting services support clients in both government and civil society sectors. Our approach to consulting draws from our own practice experience in government and civil society entities and this enables us to contextualise our services and technical assistance to the operational realities of our client organisations. Our services are delivered by a team of inhouse and external vetted consultants. DLC offers consulting services in 6 core areas.
