Our support in this area focuses on aspects such as organisational capacity assessment (OCA), strategic planning, development, review of internal policies, systems and procedures, strengthening capabilities for resource mobilization and financial sustainability. Our clients in this area include; implementing Partners (6) of KIOS Foundation (Finland), Child Rights and Violence Prevention Fund (CRVPF), Norwegian Association or persons with Developmental Disabilities, and Uganda Child rights NGO Network (UCRNN).
