Our organisational strengthening approach begins with a comprehensive assessment of institutional capacity, identifying strengths, gaps and opportunities for improvement. Based on these findings, we work collaboratively with clients to design and implement tailored capacity strengthening interventions that improve organisational performance and resilience.
Our expertise includes governance strengthening, strategic planning, organisational development, institutional capacity assessments, policy development and review, risk management, human resource systems, financial management systems, operational manuals, partnership strengthening, change management, leadership development and board effectiveness. We also support organisations to meet donor compliance requirements and strengthen internal systems that promote accountability, efficiency and continuous improvement.
