Programme Development and Management.

Effective development programmes require strong evidence, adaptive management and continuous learning. DLC supports organisations throughout the programme cycle, from concept development and design to implementation, monitoring, evaluation and learning, to improve programme quality, accountability and impact.

We work closely with clients to develop results-based programmes that are grounded in evidence, responsive to stakeholder needs and aligned with donor requirements. Our team designs practical monitoring and evaluation systems that generate reliable data for decision-making, accountability and organisational learning.

Our services include programme design, Theory of Change development, logical framework development, MEL framework design, indicator development, baseline, midline and endline studies, programme reviews, process evaluations, impact evaluations, performance assessments, data quality assessments, learning agenda development, knowledge management systems, dashboard development and capacity strengthening in results-based management. By combining technical expertise with participatory approaches, we help organisations demonstrate results, improve performance and maximise development impact.
